Place and Aloha

In Hawaiʻi, we believe food carries the spirit of the ʻāina, and of the hands that tend it. That’s why we source from family farms and trusted friends across the islands, so every jar holds a true taste of home.

MOLOKA‘I

Our Farm on Moloka‘i

After our grandfather returned from India with the chutney recipe in hand, he planted several Haden mango trees on our family farm in Ho'olehua, Moloka'i. Known for it's tropical climate and rich red soil, our mangos are picked by hand at their sweetest so every jar tastes like summer on The Friendly Isle.

BIG ISLAND

From Our Friends in Kona

Our macadamia nuts come from Mahina Mele Farm in South Kona, a small family farm run by our dear friends, the Stiths. Their orchard grows on the slopes of the Big Island, where volcanic soil, mountain rain and a whole lot of aloha give each nut its rich, buttery crunch.

MAU'I

Upcountry Mau'i

Pineapple is woven into Hawaiʻi’s story, and Maui Gold keeps that tradition alive. Grown Upcountry on Haleakalā for more than fifty years, their golden fruit is famously sweet and low in acid. That’s what gives our jams their bright, clean flavor.

Importing Spices From India

Their sourcing philosophy celebrates the small family farms, farming communities, and regional networks that bring these ingredients to market in India. Many harvests are brought together across farming communities, allowing growers of different sizes to participate in the broader spice trade while preserving the agricultural traditions that make each region distinctive and provide opportunity to help numerous growers.
